* LOCATIONS...EXTREME NORTH GEORGIA...GENERALLY NORTH OF A LINE
  FROM ROME TO ELLIJAY TO HIAWASSEE

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES WITH UP TO 4 INCHES IN THE HIGHER
  ELEVATIONS.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS NORTH GEORGIA FRIDAY AFTERNOON
  AND CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY EVENING. THE SNOW WILL END FROM WEST
  LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...ROADS AND BRIDGES WILL BECOME SLICK MAKING TRAVEL
  HAZARDOUS.

* TEMPERATURES...FRIDAY AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE LOW
