First Freeze Dates in North and Central Georgia

For the northern portion of the state, the average date of the first autumn freeze generally occurs in the second half of October while for central Georgia, the average first autumn freeze is generally in the first half of November. The map below depicts the average first freeze dates across north and central Georgia.
