SEVERAL REPORTS OF TORNADOES IN TERREBONNE PARISH. UNCONFIRMED AT 
THIS TIME. 

H. STORM EFFECT

SIGNIFICANT STORM SURGE FLOODING...AND RAINFALL INDUCED FLOODING 
AFFECT NEARLY ALL OF SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA SOUTH AND EAST OF BATON 
ROUGE...AND ACROSS COASTAL MISSISSIPPI. 

WIND DAMAGE WAS RELATIVELY MINIMAL AND GENERALLY CONFINED TO COASTAL 
AREAS.
