H. STORM EFFECT

WIND DAMAGE MAINLY CONFINED TO DOWNED TREE BRANCHES AND SOME 
TREES...CONTRIBUTING TO POWER OUTAGES ACROSS SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA AND 
SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI.

SURGE FLOODING MOST SIGNIFICANT IN SOUTHERN TERREBONE PARISH...ALONG 
BAYOUS SOUTH OF HOUMA. HUNDREDS OF STRUCTURES IMPACTED WITH STORM 
SURGE FLOODING. LOCAL LEVEE NEAR MONTEGUT BREACHED AND OR OVERTOPPED.

STORM SURGE FLOODING IN REMAINDER SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA CONFINED TO 
COASTAL AREAS...OUTSIDE OF HURRICANE PROTECTION LEVEES...FLOODING 
ROADWAYS AND SOME STRUCTURES. AREAS IMMEDIATELY BORDERING LAKES 
PONTCHARTRAIN AND LAKE MAUREPAS ALSO IMPACTED BY STORM SURGE 
FLOODING. LOW LYING ROADWAYS AND SOME STRUCTURES FLOODED.

SOME FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND LOW LYING STRUCTURES REPORTED ALONG 
MISSISSIPPI COAST.
