Risk of Heavy Rainfall Over Southern High Plains and South Florida; Severe Storms Possible in Tennessee Valley & South Texas

Locally heavy rainfall could result in flooding over parts of South Florida and the southern High Plains through tonight. Elsewhere, a few strong to severe thunderstorms with damaging winds are possible over the Tennessee Valley and South Texas.
