Hot Weather and Wildfire Concerns Continue in Northwest, a Few Severe Thunderstorms in the Midwest

A few severe thunderstorms can be expected Monday afternoon and evening over the western Great Lakes states, and over the middle Ohio River valley. The strongest storms will produce damaging winds and large hail. An isolated tornado or two is also possible over the middle Ohio River Valley. In the interior northwest, very hot weather and wildfire concerns will continue Monday.
