Above Average Temperatures in the West; Winter Weather Returns to the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes

Well above average temperatures will continue across the West this week, potentially breaking some daily high temperature records. A storm system dropping south out of Canada will bring a wintry mix to the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes Tuesday, pushing into the Central Appalachians and interior Northeast on Wednesday. CODE is Produced in Two Versions:

  1. National Weather Service Edition - This is the complete version of CODE. Distribution is limited to within the National Weather Service and other U.S. Government Agencies.
     
  2. Public Edition - This version of CODE is intended for public release. Certain proprietary software components have been removed to permit release outside the U.S. Government.

CODE Public Edition is free to public users. All the source code, documentation and patches can be downloaded free of charge. Please read CODE Disclaimer before you download CODE.

Note:  The latest public version of Build 23.0 CODE software can only be obtained by sending a request to michael.istok@noaa.gov with the phrase "Public CODE RPG" in the subject line and, in the body of your email, please provide your full name and optionally your business affiliation.
