A quiet night is expected a cross the Borderland with light winds and overnight low temps a few degrees warmer than normal. While it will still be chilly around sunrise Wednesday, the presence of clear skies will allow for a quick warm-up as the morning wears on.
Westerly winds will bring sunny skies and warmer above normal temperatures to southern New Mexico and west Texas on Tuesday. Highs will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s lowlands and mid 50s to mid 60s mountains.
