Snow Dusts the Mountains of North Georgia
January 14, 2006

A deep low pressure system moved across the eastern part of the country on January 13, 2006. This system left just enough moisture and cold air in its wake for a dusting of snow in portions of the North Georgia mountains. The snow fell during the morning of Saturday, January 14.

These images were taken in the Suches area in southern Union County, and were provided by Greg de Torony.
