FEB...ANOTHER WARM, DRY MONTH WITH TEMPERATURES 6.0 DEGREES ABOVE
     NORMAL, AND ONLY A TRACE OF PRECIPITATION OR SNOW.
MAR...WARM TEMPERATURES CONTINUE AS THE AVERAGE MONTHLY
     TEMPERATURE IS 5.0 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.  ONLY ONE-HALF OF THE
     NORMAL  PRECIPITATION AND THE 2.8 INCHES OF SNOW IS WELL BELOW
     THE  NORMAL OF 7.0 INCHES.
APR...APRIL SHOWERS..AND SNOW. PRECIPITATION 1.15 INCHES IS WELL
     ABOVE NORMAL OF .49 INCHES.  SNOWFALL OF 7.2 INCHES IS WELL
     ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 4.0 INCHES, AND TEMPERATURES WERE 2.5
     DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR A CHANGE.
MAY...AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE IS 1.1 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL
     WHILE BOTH PRECIPITATION AND SNOWFALL OF 5.9 INCHES ARE WELL

     RAINFALL V/S NORMAL OF .67.  TEMPERATURES STILL AVERAGING\

DEC...WARM AND DRY. TEMPERATURES AVERAGE 2.6 DEGREES ABOVE
     NORMAL.  HOWEVER, COLDEST DAY OF YEAR, - 10 OCCURRED ON THE
     15TH. TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 0.3 INCHES WAS WELL BELOW NORMAL OF 7.1
     INCHES FOR THE MONTH. ALSO TOTAL SNOWFALL SO FAR THIS SEASON
     OF 0.3 INCHES, WITH NORMAL EXPECTED SNOWFALL 15.5 INCHES FOR
     JULY THROUGH DECEMBER. 

THIS ENDS THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE YEAR AT 42.8 DEGREES,
     SECOND WARMEST OF RECORD. THE WARMEST YEAR WAS 1986, WHEN
     THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE YEAR WAS 43.1.
