JAN..THE YEAR STARTS OFF WITH SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES
     AND PRECIPITATION..BUT SNOWFALL NEAR 3 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL.
FEB..THE TREND CONTINUES WITH TEMPERATURES..PRECIPITATION AND
     SNOWFALL ALL BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR.
MAR..NORMALLY OUR SNOWIEST MONTH, THIS YEAR ONLY 2.4 INCHES OF
     SNOW V/S 12.1 NORMAL.  WARMER ALSO WITH THE AVERAGE MONTHLY
     TEMPERATURE 3.4 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
APR..A COMPLETE REVERSAL FROM MARCH AS THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMP-
     ERATURE DROPS TO ALMOST 7 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.  APRIL HAS
     JUST BECOME THE SNOWIEST MONTH WITH 12.3 INCHES OF SNOW V/S
     THE NORMAL 4.5 INCHES.  PRECIPITATION ALMOST 4 TIMES THE
     NORMAL OF.94 INCHES AS WE RECEIVE 3.30 INCHES.
MAY..COOL MONTHLY TEMPERATURES AGAIN WITH THE AVERAGE 1.6 DEGREES
     BELOW NAORMAL.  PRECIPITATION ALMOST 1 INCH UNDER NORMAL AND
     "WHAT SNOW" AS WE GET ONLY A TRACE..NORMAL IS 2.5 INCHES.
JUN..AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURES CONTINUE TO BE COOL WITH THE
     AVERAGE 0.7 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.  5.44 INCHS OF MOISTURE
     IS ALMOST DOUBLE THE NORMAL OF 2.25.
JUL..NORMALLY OUR WARMEST MONTH..THE MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE
     IS 0.3 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.  PRECIPITATION TOTALS 4.63 FOR
     THE MONTH..NORMAL IS 2.90.
AUG..STILL ON THE COOL SIDE WITH THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE
     1.2 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. RAINFALL OF 4.70 INCHES EXCEEDS
     THE NORMAL OF 3.02 INCHES.
SEP..AFTER 5 MONTHS..THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE WINDS UP
     1.8 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.  1.78 INCHES OF RAIN IS STILL
     ABOVE NORMAL..1.33 INCHES.
OCT..THE COOL TREND CONTINUES ANEW WITH THE AVERAGE MONTHLY
     TEMPERATURE 1.4 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. PRECIPITATION OF
     .98 IS JUST SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL.  WATCH OUT FOR THE SNOW
     THOUGH AS A WHOPPING 19.9 INCHES OF SNOW FALLS IN THE CITY..
     NORMAL SNOWFALL IS 2.8 INCHES.
NOV..THE MONTHS AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IS 4.3 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.
     IN SPITE OF EL NINO..ONLY .22 INCHES OF MOISTURE (.47 IS
     NORMAL) AND 3.5 INCHES OF SNOW V/S 5.3 NORMALLY.
DEC..A MILD AND DRY DECEMBER WITH SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL
     TEMPERATURES AND BELOW NORMAL PRECIPITATION AND SNOWFALL.
