MAR..A WET MONTH WITH 1.94 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION AND 12.5 INCHES OF
   SNOW..BOTH ALMOST DOUBLE THE NORMAL AMOUNT FOR THE MONTH.  AVERAGE
   MONTHLY TEMPERATURE HOWEVER IS 4.1 DEG. BELOW NORMAL.
APR..COOL AND WET THIS MONTH.  PRECIPITATION IS 1 INCH ABOVE NORMAL
   WHILE SNOWFALL IS ALMOST 2 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.  AVERAGE MONTHLY
   TEMPERATURE 4.3 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.
MAY..NO SNOW AND ALMOST A NORMAL MONTH.  AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE
   IS JUST BARELY ABOVE NORMAL.
JUN..COOL AND DRY. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE OF 66.6 DEGREES
   IS 4.4 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL..PRECIPITATION ALSO BELOW NORMAL.
JUL..COOL AND WET WITH MONTHLY TEMPERATURES 2.1 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL
   AND ABOVE NORMAL PRECIPITATION.  THUNDERSTORMS ON 15 DAYS..NORMAL 12.
AUG..AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE AGAIN BELOW NORMAL. PRECIPITATION
   ALSO BELOW NORMAL.
SEP..WARM WITH THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE 4 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL
