Severe Thunderstorm and Excessive Rainfall Threats in the Central U.S. Today

A Moderate Risk (Level 4 of 5) has been issued for the likelihood of numerous severe thunderstorms today from parts of the mid Mississippi, Ohio, and Tennessee Valleys into the southern Plains. Strong tornadoes, very large hail, and damaging winds are possible.
