Flooding Risks from Tropical Moisture Across the Southeast and Southwest

Tropical moisture from Isaias and Rachel will impact portions of the Southeast and Southwest this weekend. Flash flooding, strong winds and even a threat for severe thunderstorms and tornadoes are possible.
