Above Normal Temperatures for the Plains; Clipper System Across the North

A fast moving clipper system will track across the northern Plains, Great Lakes and Northeast today into tonight accompanied by rain and snow showers. South of this system, above normal temperatures expected for the central Plains today with some fire weather concerns.
