West Remains Unsettled and Severe Storms/Heavy Rain Possible in Mid-South

The Western U.S. will remain very unsettled with heavy snow from the Sierra into the Intermountain West, heavy rain and flooding possible in southern California and chilly conditions throughout the region. Meanwhile, a storm system will progress through the Eastern two-thirds of the U.S. on Wednesday with the threat for severe thunderstorms and heavy rain in the Mid-South and Tennessee Valley.
