Freezing rain producing ice accumulations will continue through this evening across portions of the Plains, Mississippi Valley and Ohio Valley. Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms will develop across the Gulf Coast and Lower Mississippi Valley today through Thursday, with flooding possible.
