Wintry Weather Persists in the Great Lakes; New System in the Northwest

Heavy snow and gusty winds will continue across parts of the Upper Great Lakes due to a powerful spring storm. Meanwhile, snowmelt continues to produce flooding across the Upper Midwest and parts of the Intermountain West. A new system in the Northwest will bring rain, heavy mountain snow, and gusty winds.
