Monsoon Flash Flood Threats Persist in the Southwest and Colorado

Widespread areas of 1 to 2 inches with potential for up to 4 inches of rain may cause flash flooding, and mud and debris flows on burn scars from the Southwest into the Great Basin and across much of Colorado.
