Widespread Rain Continue in the Northeast; Atmospheric River Impacts the Northwest Late Friday

A strong storm system will continue to produce widespread heavy rains from eastern and northern New York State into New England into early Friday. An atmospheric river will move into the Northwest late Friday into Saturday bringing moderate to heavy rainfall, mountain snow, windy conditions, and high surf to the area over the weekend.
