Severe Thunderstorm, Excessive Rainfall, and Fire Weather Concerns Wednesday

Severe thunderstorms with tornadoes, damaging winds, hail, and heavy rainfall are expected over the southern Plains Wednesday, and Mississippi Valley on Thursday. Excessive rainfall with rainfall rates of two-inches per hour or higher could bring flash flooding.
