Unsettled Across the West; Critical Fire Weather Conditions in the Southern Plains

More rain and snow are expected across the West, with the heaviest snowfall in the Sierra Nevada through Monday. Elsewhere, critical fire weather conditions are expected for parts of the southern and central Plains. Meanwhile, snow will develop over the northern Plains and spread into the Great Lakes.
