Heavy Rainfall Possible for Portions of the Rockies; Heat Continues for the South and Southeast including Puerto Rico

High moisture content may lead to excessive rainfall and flash flooding for portions of the Rockies today. More daily record high temperatures are forecast for areas of the South, Southeast and into the lower terrain of Puerto Rico.
