Severe Storms in the Upper Midwest; Monsoon in the Southwest

A strong cold front will produce severe storms with primarily damaging winds, large hail, and locally heavy rain from the Upper Mississippi Valley to the Great Lakes. Monsoon moisture will continue to bring a threat of flash flooding to the Southwest through mid-week.
