Moderate Risk Severe Thunderstorms from the Mid South to the Ohio Valley Today

A strong cold front fueled by an arctic airmass and Gulf moisture will produce strong to severe thunderstorms today from the western Gulf Coast to the Lower Great lakes today. Damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes will be possible across the area. Large tornadoes may develop from the western Tennessee Valley to the southwestern Ohio Valley.
