Wintry Weather for Northwest Mountains and Northern Plains; Flooding Continues in the Southeast

Unsettled weather will continue today across the Pacific Northwest into the northern Plains with mountain snow, gusty winds and some icing being the main impacts. Widespread significant flooding is ongoing across portions of the Carolinas and Virginia from Eta.
