Heavy Rainfall Increases Flooding Threats in the Central and Southwest U.S.

Heavy rain may result in flash, urban and small stream flooding as well as new and renewed river rises today into Friday night across portions of Missouri into central Illinois. The heavy rain and flood threat will shift to the Northeast U.S. for Saturday.
