Light Snow for Parts of the East Through Monday; Heavy Snow Over the Cascades into the Northern Rockies

A fast moving frontal system will push through the eastern U.S. Monday spreading rain into the Southeast and areas of snow and ice from the central Appalachians and into the Northeast.
