Increased Clouds overnight, Showers and storms tomorrow evening. Snow Possible Thursday

Clouds will increase overnight into tomorrow. Wednesday will bring gusty midday winds ahead of a system that will bring afternoon showers with a chance of showers and storms in the evening. A cold front Thursday will bring light snowfall through most of Lower Michigan with the highest accumulations in and around Ludington. Read More >

 

December was kind of a mixed bag: two weeks cold & snowy, sometimes mild & rainy, but rarely sunny. Grand Rapids had 9% of possible sunshine. The lowest December amount recorded was 7% and the average is 20%. Relative to normal, it was our coolest month since April.
