TsunamiReady Signs
The National Weather Service supplies two TsunamiReady signs (as funding supports) upon recognition. If you are a recognized TsunamiReady Community and are interested in purchasing additional signs, email wrn.feedback@noaa.gov for approval and ordering information. TsunamiReady signs cost $44.90 each plus shipping and handling. The signs are 24”x24” and made of reflective grade aluminum. When ordering, specify which sign you want (Community or County). If you prefer to use a different vendor or want to use the sign graphic in projects directly related to the TsunamiReady program, email the contact above for artwork.
Other Tsunami Signs
The signs shown here have been adopted by the National Tsunami Hazard Mitigation Program and are recommended by the National Weather Service for use in TsunamiReady Communities. Before installing signs, local agencies should contact their state department of transportation for additional information about state and Federal Highway Administration requirements.
