Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rain from the Southern Plains to the Ohio Valley; Wintry Mix in the Northeast

Numerous showers and thunderstorms, some severe, are expected from the southern Plains to the Ohio Valley. The repeating nature of some showers and thunderstorms may lead to isolated flash flooding across the Ohio Valley.
