Locally Heavy Rain and Flooding Possible; Lee in the Atlantic

Locally heavy rain, thunderstorms and flooding are possible the next few days in parts of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic and from portions of the Four Corners region into the drought stricken southern Plains.
