Weekend: Widespread Arctic Air And Possible Winter System

An arctic air mass with frigid temperatures and dangerous wind chills is expected to consume much of the northern Plains and Upper Midwest into the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley this weekend. Widespread wind chill warnings and advisories are already in effect.
