High Wind Impacts in the Plains and Central Rockies; Another Atmospheric River in the Pacific Northwest

Widespread wind gusts will continue for much of the Northern/Central Plains and Central Rockies. High winds and snowfall may create whiteout conditions across the Northern Plains. Critical fire weather conditions are possible in the Central/Southern Plains.
