Cold Temperatures Continue in the Southeast; Snow in the Central Appalachians and Ohio Valley; Rain and Thunderstorms in the Southeast

Cold temperatures will persist across Florida and the Southeast through Tuesday, then milder conditions are expected beginning Wednesday.
