Source: U.S. Geological Survey. River overlay: named USGS The National Map NHD streams/rivers. Multi-day historical thresholds calculated with HySWAP using Approved USGS Daily Values. Monthly historical climatology uses complete calendar months of Approved USGS Daily Values and at least 20 valid historical years; the selected target year is excluded from its own comparison. The selected monthly observation may include provisional USGS Daily Values so recently completed months can be used in operational reports.
