Volunteer Observer Needed in Toulon

We are in need of new weather observers for the following locations (in/near these locations, or within a few miles of them).

Toulon (Stark County)

Each morning (generally between 6 and 8 am, depending on your schedule), observations of precipitation, snowfall, and snow depth are taken; these observations are then relayed to our office via a computer or smart phone. The data from these weather observations are used to support daily weather forecasts and warnings, and becomes part of the nation's historic climate record.
