Severe Thunderstorms in the Central U.S.; Heavy Rainfall in the Southern Plains and the Carolinas

Scattered to numerous severe thunderstorms are expected to expand further east each day from the southern High Plains to the Tennessee and Lower Ohio Valleys to the Carolinas through Saturday. Active Pattern Continues

The wet pattern continues with showers and storms likely the next few days. The strongest of these are expected Saturday and again on Sunday with our area in Slight Risks (2 out 5) for severe weather. Classic summer time pop up strong storms are possible each day however.
