1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Upper level trough remains over the Great Lakes as a surface low,
29.40 inches, develops over the northern Great Lakes early this
morning. The associated cold front swings across the central Great
Lakes later today bringing showers and storms with another surge of
cooler air following.
