.SYNOPSIS...Northwest flow prevails through the early week as the Great Lakes
sit between deep low pressure over eastern Canada and high pressure
moving in from the Great Plains. A strong low pressure system is
forecast to move across the northern Great Lakes Wednesday into
Thursday, bringing a chance for strong winds and snow squalls.
