1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge of high pressure takes residence through early
Saturday. Low pressure, deepening to 28.90 inches, then moves into
the region Sunday night, bringing west to northwest gales on Monday
as arctic air filters back into the region. A cold northwest flow
pattern will dominate much of next week.
