Severe thunderstorms are likely across portions of the Mid-South, Tennessee Valley, and lower Ohio River Valley today, including damaging winds, hail, and tornadoes, a few of which could be strong. Overview

A line of severe thunderstorms tracked through portions of far southwest Michigan, northern Indiana and northwest Ohio early in the morning on March 6. Wind gusts as high as 65-70 mph were reported which created damage to trees and homes in many locations. A weak and brief EF0 tornado was also confirmed 4 miles southwest of Royal Center, IN (Cass County).
