Severe Thunderstorms in West-Central Texas; Critical Fire Weather Threat in the Rockies and Plains

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms capable of producing large hail and damaging wind gusts will be possible this evening across west-central Texas. Overview

A line of severe thunderstorms formed across Northern Indiana providing numerous reports of wind damaging and damaging wind gusts.  A few reports of large hail were received (one report of 2 inch hail near Bryan, OH), but damaging wind gusts were the main the main threat.  Some higher end wind gusts in excess of 75 mph were also reported along with extensive tree damage.
