Heavy rain fell across northern
The heaviest rain fell across White, Pulaski, and Fulton counties in Indiana as a line of thunderstorms stalled out over the area Monday evening...producing between 4 and 7 inches of rain. The heaviest rain fell over the same areas that had earlier received heavy snowfall during the New Years event.
The excessive rainfall combined with the recent snow melt created flash flooding and river flooding.
