Overview
A cold front was draped across the northwestern portion of the forecast area while moisture, augmented by tropical depression Cindy, flowed into the region from the south.Flooding
Training cells, stalling boundaries and efficient warm rain processes allowed heavy rain to cause flooding across the forecast area.
