Heavy rain will create mainly localized areas of flash flooding across the central Gulf Coast into the Appalachians. THE ASOS OBSERVATION STATION AT BENTON HARBOR (KBEH) IS EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH A CIRCUIT WHICH TRANSMITS THE OBSERVATION. THESE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, AND THE PROBLEMS WITH THE TRANSMISSION OF THE OBSERVATION MAY NOT BE RECTIFIED UNTIL AROUND JUNE 15TH.
