Picture of the Day: Rainbows over Murfreesboro

Every cloud, they say, has a silver lining--and sometimes it even provides the background for a brilliant rainbow.  

Tracy Hammond captured this picture of a double rainbow in the Murfreesboro area Tuesday afternoon. 

Some folks saw heavy downpours and small hail from the storms that popped up in the afternoon heat,
