Weak Tornado - September 11th, 2008

A National Weather Service storm survey confirmed a weak tornado touched down near the town of Cabool in southwestern Texas County early Thursday evening. The tornado was rated an EF-0, with an estimated wind speed around 65 mph. The tornado touched down about 3 miles south-southwest of Cabool at 630 PM on September 11, 2008. The tornado moved along an intermittent path toward the northeast for approximately a tenth of a mile with a maximum path width of 50 yards.
