Weak Tornado in Nixa - April 9th, 2009

A weak EF-0 tornado with winds up to 80 mph hit Nixa, Missouri on Thursday evening (04/09/2009). The tornado touched down at approximately 8:15 PM and lifted at 8:23 PM. No injuries were reported. The path was approximately 4.75 miles. Trees and fences were damaged, and there was minor damage to more than two dozen homes.
