A fast moving winter storm brought snow accumulations of 1 to 5 inches to the Missouri Ozarks and southeast Kansas Wednesday night and early Thursday. The highest accumulations occurred across central Missouri including the Lake of the Ozarks region where up to 5 inches fell. Light accumulations near an inch were observed across far southwest Missouri and near the Arkansas border.
