A line of severe thunderstorms poses a risk of severe weather across the area this morning. Be sure you have at least two ways to receive warnings!
A few strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Thursday afternoon and evening mainly east of a Haskell to Sonora line. Main hazards are large hail and damaging winds.
Taking a look at the extended, there is a Moderate risk of heavy rainfall for May 7, with a Slight risk of heavy rainfall continuing into May 8. This could increase the flooding risk across West Central Texas. Stay tuned for updates.
