Westerly winds will increase along the western foothills Friday ahead of a cold front. Gusts as high as 60 mph are possible from Livingston to Big Timber, Melville and Harlowton during the afternoon and evening. Travel on US-191 and I-90 will be impacted by gusty crosswinds.
Unsettled weather can be expected into next week. Multiple disturbances moving through the region will bring shower/thunderstorm chances most days. A cold front crossing the area on Friday will bring the best chance for precipitation, along with gusty northwest winds.
