Coastal Storm Impacting the Mid-Atlantic; Heavy to Excessive Rain in the Plains; Tropical Depression Seven in the Atlantic

A coastal storm continues to bring bands of heavy rain, gusty winds, minor coastal flooding, and rip currents over the Mid-Atlantic region today. Heavy rain showers and thunderstorms persist across the Plains today with possible excessive rainfall over western South Dakota.
