There is a High Risk of life-threatening rip currents are expected along the lower Texas coast.

A Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect until 7 AM Saturday morning. Water is expected to reach or push into the dunes along narrow beaches, especially in the hours before and after high tide at 10:34 PM tonight. This could result in some minor to moderate beach erosion.

A High Risk of rip currents is in effect for the beaches along the Lower Texas Coast.
