Dangerous Heat continues today. A Heat Advisory is in effect from Noon today until 8 PM this evening for all of Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley except for the Islands of Cameron, Willacy and Kenedy counties.
High pressure in the middle layers of the atmosphere will produce continued hot temperatures. Isolated showers and thunderstorms may occur around the mid-week time frame.
