Slight risks for severe thunderstorms and excessive rainfall have been issued Saturday from the Ozarks into the mid-Mississippi River Valley with potential for damaging winds, large hail, tornadoes, and flash flooding. Join the National Weather Service in Corpus Christi for a Hurricane Town Hall. Topics for discussion will include what you can expect for the 2021 hurricane season, how to prepare, and a brief overview of any current activity in the tropics.

The town hall will conclude with a short question and answer session with National Weather Service meteorologists.
