A High Risk of Rip Currents will be in effect for Saturday through Sunday evening. Be sure to use EXTREME caution is traveling to the beaches. Remember if caught in a rip current, wave, yell, and swim parallel.

When at the beach, swim where there are lifeguards and never swim alone. If caught in a rip, relax and call for help and swim along the shoreline. Remain hydrated and use sunscreen. Be aware of the weather. If you hear thunder, go immediately to an enclosed building or hard-topped vehicle.

Mostly sunny conditions will exist along the Gulf beaches today. A HIGH RISK of Rip Currents will be in effect for today through Sunday evening. Be sure to use EXTREME caution is traveling to the beaches. Remember if caught in a rip current, wave, yell, and swim parallel.

A low chance for isolated showers and storms will exist over the Victoria Crossroads today. Skies will be mostly cloudy through the day with highs in the 80s and 90s. South-southeast winds 10-15 mph.

Mostly cloudy skies with lows in the 70s and 80s along the coast. Winds will be out of the southeast around 10-15 MPH.

The chance for showers and thunderstorms can be expected daily through the period with the best chances being Sunday. Highs ranging from the mid 80s along the coast to the low to mid 90s across the Brush Country. Highs out west will near 100°F during the latter portions of the week. Lows generally in the 70s to low 80s.
