Severe Thunderstorms in the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys; Flash Flooding Possible in the Southwest

Scattered damaging winds, isolated severe hail, and a brief tornado or two are possible from the Upper Ohio to Tennessee Valleys during the late afternoon and evening.
