The NOAA Weather Radio stations operated by our office will operate in a degraded mode on Wednesday. We will be undergoing a computer upgrade much of the day. This will result in some periods where the radio may either be off the air, or will have some missing segments (such as the hourly weather update).  The outages may begin as early as 7 am, but are more likely during the late morning and early afternoon hours.

Due to this upgrade, the weekly NOAA Weather Radio alarm test, which is normally conducted each Wednesday between 11 am and noon, will be postponed until Thursday.
