The weekend will remain relatively cool for most areas thanks to the marine layer and onshore winds. This will translate to patchy to areas of drizzle and/or very light rain largely along coastal regions. This will keep temperatures below normal through Tuesday. Thereafter, a mid-level high pressure system will drift to the west resulting in weaker onshore flow, limiting the inland reach of the marine layer (the coast will likely remain cloudy and cool). This will translate to hotter conditions and pockets of Moderate HeatRisk across the interior. Check back for updates to the forecast.
