Additional Heavy Rain and Flooding Concerns in Central Texas; Tropical Storm Chantal to Impact the Coastal Carolinas

Heavy rainfall and flooding concerns remain for today across Central Texas and the Hill Country, with scattered thunderstorms expected this afternoon and evening. Tropical Storm Chantal has formed and will bring heavy rainfall and flooding concerns to portions of the coastal Carolinas. Unseasonably Cold Weather Continues

This morning temperatures dropped well into the single digits across South and Central Minnesota, and Western Wisconsin. Wind chills dropped down into the -10's through -30's across much of the region with the lowest wind chill recording was -36 degrees F at Winthrop, MN. The average minimum temperatures for this week are in the 12-15 degree F range, but we will remain well below average. Here is a look at the forecast overnight low temperatures as well as the forecast wind chills.
