Severe Thunderstorms in the Southeast U.S.; Critical Fire Weather in the Central and Southern Plains

Scattered severe thunderstorms remain possible this afternoon and evening across parts of southern Georgia into north and west-central Florida. Both damaging winds and a few tornadoes may occur.   2. Low Noise Band (LNB) down converter; Norsat 3220 or better

  4. Ethernet, RF Coaxial or CatV network cables as needed
  5. Personal Computer
  6. Optional: access to Internet and NWWS-Open Interface set-up for NWS product ingest
