Extremely critical fire weather conditions are expected to develop across the Great Basin and Southwest today, and exceptionally dry and windy conditions will promote rapid wildfire spread through the weekend.   1. 1.8m or greater C-Band satellite dish (larger dish sizes provide better reception)
  2. Low Noise Band (LNB) down converter; Norsat 3220 or better
  3. Satellite receiver; DVB-S2 Novra S300 or better
  4. Ethernet, RF Coaxial or CatV network cables as needed
  5. Personal Computer
  6. Optional: access to Internet and NWWS-Open Interface set-up for NWS product ingest
