Rain has moved out, and cold air has settled into the Ohio River Valley. It will be a cold and mostly dry week ahead, except for Lake Effect Snow areas downwind of Lake Erie where 1.25 to 1.75 inches of water equivalent is forecast. Snow also forecast for the mountains of PA and WV. There are a few Action Stage river forecasts in PA due to previous snow melt, but no river flooding is forecast.
