Heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches (locally 4 inches or higher) are expected tonight into Wednesday...especially in eastern IL, IN (along/south of Interstate 70) and western KY. Scattered minor to isolated moderate flooding will continue with additional rapid rises and flooding possible - including small streams that are prone to flash flooding.
