Here are the 3 day rainfall totals from across the region for March 8th through March 10th. The heaviest rain axis ended up over portions of western KY with 4 to 5 inches common near the Murray and Benton areas. Generally 2 to 4 inches came down along and southeast of a line from Sikeston, MO to Shawneetown, IL and Petersburg, IN. Rain totals dropped off substantially toward the far north and west counties with less than an inch from Perryville, MO to Mount Vernon, IL.
